General Terms & Conditions of Sale

These General Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Conditions”) are applicable for all products sold.

Please read the conditions carefully before placing your order with REVOLUCIÓN LIMO S.L. (“REVOLUCIÓN LIMO”). Once you place your order you accept to be bound by these conditions.

  1. General Conditions

Registration at REVOLUCIÓN LIMO is free. You can access your personal data at any time using your password, and you can also change the data at any time.

You are not obligated to register and you can unregister whenever you like.

The information we receive when you register is completely confidential. Only REVOLUCIÓN LIMO will have access to the data which will be subject to our PRIVACY POLICY.  Furthermore, we are fully compliant with all security rules and protocols and right to rectification contained in the DATA PROTECTION law.


  1. Precontractual information

These general contract conditions, and, where applicable, any specific conditions that may be established, shall expressly govern the relationship between the company REVOLUCION LIMO S.L., registered address at Calle San Quintín 8, 3I (Madrid), Tax Identification Number B- B88630645, registered with the Madrid Mercantile Registry and the Customers purchasing the Products offered on the website:



These General Terms & Conditions were drafted in conformity with Spanish law, specifically the following: Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce; Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions; Royal  Legislative Decree  1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the General Law on Consumer and User Protection and other supplementary laws; Law 3/2014 of 27 March amending the revised text of  the General Law on Consumer and User Protection and other supplementary laws, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November; Law 7/1996 regulating Retail Commerce; Law 59/2003 of 19 December on electronic signature and all other legal provisions applicable under law.

The REVOLUCIÓN LIMO website provides a full description of LIMO products, hereinafter “Products”. Use or purchase by customer means customer acceptance of the aforementioned Conditions, and any other Specific Conditions applicable to that purchase.

REVOLUCIÓN LIMO informs all current or potential customers that the aforementioned General Contractual Conditions, and purchase specific conditions appearing on-screen during the customer browsing/purchase procedure apply. Customers affirm they are duly informed, and accept the Conditions as a pre-requisite for purchase of Products offered on the REVOLUCIÓN LIMO website.

For clarifications regarding the legal framework, see the LAW on distance selling  and the legal framework of the Comunidad de Madrid (which is where the company is registered), especially:

  1. Royal  Legislative Decree  1/2007 of 16 November approving the revised text of the General Law on Consumer and User Protection and other supplementary legislation.
  2. Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
  3. Royal Decree 1163/2005 of 30 September, creating the public consumer quality trust mark for information society services and electronic commerce and regulating the requirements and procedures for its issue.

Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Personal Data Protection and the guarantee of digital rights.

The data provided by Customers during website sessions can be modified and/or corrected by following the instructions given on the website.

The Products offered on the website will be shown on the screen, along with a description of characteristics and price. We make every effort to depict the physical characteristics of the Products as accurately as possible, but please bear in mind that computer monitor quality, configuration and resolution can affect color perception, therefore the color of the real product may differ slightly from the color seen on screen.

Although we try to ensure that the information shown on our website is complete, the packaging and materials of the Products sometimes contain additional or different information, from that shown on our website. The components may also change. We recommend that you not only take the time to read the product information on our website, but that before using the product, you also read carefully the labelling, warnings and instructions that come with the product.

REVOLUCION LIMO reserves the right to decide, at any time, which Products it offers to Customers on its website. Therefore, REVOLUCION LIMO is free to include new products or to change the products on the website at any time, and it is understood that, unless otherwise decided, such Products will be subject to the General Conditions in force at that time. REVOLUCION LIMO further reserves the right to cease to offer any of the Products offered on the website at any given time, without notice.

If there are stockouts or warehouse problems, REVOLUCION LIMO commits only to reimbursement of the payment made for the product, but not to manufacturing a model that was already out of stock and is no longer being manufactured.

Purchase procedure

3.1. Registration

REVOLUCION LIMO asks that you register in order to purchase Products. To register you must be over 18 years of age, and fill out the forms appearing on the screen, specifically: (i) completely fill out the electronic forms that appear on the page, and follow the instructions that will appear on the screen ; (ii) click on the icon/button «ACCEPT PRIVACY POLICY»; and (iii) receive the confirmation of registration sent to your e-mail account.

The company is unable to respond to claims or complaints if any part of the registration data you supplied is false, particularly if you misrepresented information such as your age or other information that is essential for contractual consent. The above without prejudice to the customer’s right to reimbursement for payments made, provided the product has not been delivered and the merchandise purchased can be recovered.

The login and password provided to REVOLUCI ON LIMO are to identify you, authorize your access, and allow you to make the purchase. They are personal and non-transferrable. The login cannot be changed, but the password can. If the password is changed, the old password will no longer be valid.

The company assumes no liability for any hacking and/or impersonation if these were within the customer’s control.

3.2. Placing an order

Once registered, to proceed on to purchasing any of the Products, simply follow the instructions shown on the screen, and fill out the order form supplied, which involves the reading and irrevocable acceptance of each and every one of these General Conditions, as well as any Specific Conditions there may be.

When you place your order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. You can change your order at any time, provided it has not yet been sent or is underway.

The cost for order changes made later than this will be paid by the buyer.

We sell products in quantities meant to serve the typical needs of an average-sized household. This applies to both to the number of products purchased in one order, and situations where a customer opts to place several orders for the same product if those individual orders are for quantities typically necessary to cover the needs of an average household.


  1. Transport and delivery


4.1. Price of transport: the price of delivery of Product to your home will depend on the quantity, weight, and delivery zone. The price will be shown on the web page when you confirm Product purchase.

The price for delivery to zones outside the Spanish peninsula does not include customs duties or taxes that may be charged at the destination zone or at borders in between.

4.2. Delivery: REVOLUCION LIMO undertakes to deliver the Product you purchased, to the address you indicated within the shortest time possible.

Our Products are dispatched from our facilities with the packaging in perfect condition. You should always verify that the merchandise delivered to you arrived in perfect condition. If the packaging is damaged, we recommend that you write “package damaged” or similar on the carrier’s delivery note, to file any complaint you may have at a later time, otherwise the carrier will assume acceptance of the product as delivered in good condition.

Notification of incidents within 48 hours of receiving your order: it is essential that you save the original packaging and take photos of the Product and packaging as it was delivered to you, to document the condition.   If you report an incident by sending an e-mail to within 48 hours of receiving the Product, REVOLUCION LIMO can file a claim with the transport company’s insurance. This way the incident is resolved through the insurance, and we can send you a new Product and pick up the damaged Product.

Notification of incidents later than 48 hours after receiving your order: it is equally essential that you save the original packaging and take photos of the Product and packaging as it was delivered to you, to document the condition. If you report the incident by sending an e-mail to later than 48 hours after receiving the Product, REVOLUCION LIMO cannot file a claim with the transport company’s insurance. In this case, we will pick up the Product and review the incident at our facilities. In any case, we are entitled and may freely decide to either reimburse you and not retrieve the damaged Product, or to send you a replacement of the Product, and pick up the damaged Product.


4.3 Delivery date: your order confirmation message indicates an approximate weekday delivery date. Barring unforeseen transport problems beyond the control of REVOLUCION LIMO, delivery will be made on that date.

REVOLUCION LIMO will make every effort to ensure on time delivery. Any delays due to transport problems beyond REVOLUCION LIMO’s control shall not imply cancellation of the order or any customer right to indemnification.

Product delivery usually takes less than a week, since we normally have stock availability. If due to stock availability the delivery times need to be lengthened, delivery will always be made within 30 days from date of order confirmation, and the Customer will be duly informed.

Revolución Limo does not accept responsibility for incidents involving deliveries delayed due to extraordinary circumstances affecting the transport company’s ability to deliver the merchandise within the time agreed with the Customer.

4.4. Deliveries outside EU territory: when you place an order for delivery to a country or territory outside the European Union, you may be required to pay customs duties and import tax at the destination. When this occurs, it is because you are considered an importer of the Products. You are legally bound to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in your country. Orders sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are subject to local customs formalities.

Any additional expense arising due to customs and/or tariffs charges is to be paid by you. REVOLUCION LIMO has no control over such costs,  and cannot provide you with information on the amount. Since customs policies vary greatly from one country to another, we advise you to contact the customs office corresponding to your situation, to obtain information on the import restrictions applicable to products. We assume no responsibility for deliveries held back at customs. If you do not pay the import tax, the merchandise will be impounded by customs. No returns will be accepted in such cases.

Price and method of payment

5.1. Price: The purchase price that is applicable at the time you place your order is shown on screen. The Value Added Tax (VAT) will be indicated.

Purchases by residents of non-European Union countries are VAT exempt, but are subject to the import taxes applicable to their situation. The cost of customs dispatch and import tax are not included in the Product price or delivery price. You must pay the duties and charges at destination.

The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla have special tax regimes, and are therefore considered non-EU territories to these effects.

In general, the charges for any taxes, fees, tariffs, and or duties arising from the sale/purchase of the Product, must be paid by you.

You must also pay the delivery costs shown on screen at time of purchase. These are based on the fees of the transport company used, and on the weight and destination of the order.

Prices are given in EUROS, and will be charged and collected in that currency.


5.2. Method of payment: when you add a Product to your ´Shopping Cart´, the amount with and without VAT will be shown. If your purchase is VAT exempt, the exemption will be automatically noted, based on the personal data you supplied. The Product price and delivery charges will be shown on screen. Payment can be made by debit or credit card or via PayPal. To proceed to payment, please carefully follow the instructions shown on screen, and provide all information requested. When payment is by credit or debit card, the information requested will be: a) card type; b) first name and surnames of cardholder; c) card number; c) card expiration date; d) any other information required.

REVOLUCION LIMO uses a secure e-commerce platform contracted with a banking entity. All data supplied is encrypted for maximum security.

5.3. SSL Protocol: REVOLUCION LIMO applies the SSL Protocol in its website navigation and purchase process. SSL is a cryptographic protocol that ensures data communication security for REVOLUCION LIMO and its customers.

The SSL Protocol is among the most widely deployed on browsers. It provides cryptographic security over internet communications and guarantees (i) recipient ID authentication, (ii) confidentiality of the information sent over internet communications  (iii) the integrity (non-manipulation) of information supplied.

REVOLUCION LIMO further states that it does not store any data users provide on the payment platform, that all data supplied is stored solely during the purchase and payment process, and only for the period of time required by law. As an additional security measure for credit card users, after inserting their credit card number, they will be asked to insert the three security digits printed on the back of the  card (the last 3 digits of a series, usually found just above user signature), to ensure proper identification.  The purpose is to prevent credit card fraud, and validate the transaction.

5.4. Invoice:

REVOLUCION LIMO issues an electronic invoice for each purchase. The invoice will be sent to the e-mail address you provided.

Right to cancellation

6.1. How to cancel an order: you can cancel your order, for any reason, within 14 calendar days after delivery and reception of the Products purchased. (for products comprised of several components or parts, the date of the last Product, component or part received). The return policy does not apply to custom-made products. If you provided us with specifics for your product and we built it for you, it is a custom-made product, and cannot be returned.

REVOLUCION LIMO will confirm receipt of your request, in writing, and will provide you with instructions for reimbursement. You need only to send notice within the 14 days return period, and return the Product following the instructions provided in writing.

REVOLUCIÓN LIMO assumes ownership of the product upon reception of the returned product, not before.

6.2. Contract cancellation effects: REVOLUCION LIMO will reimburse you for the full price of the product. We will also reimburse you for ordinary delivery costs, based on our lowest current delivery rates. The terms and conditions are described below.

  1. a) You must return the Products following the written instructions that we will provide within 14 days after you notify your cancellation, unless we offer to pick up Products from a site or address designated by you.
  2. b) REVOLUCION LIMO is not obligated to assume any additional cost entailed should you choose a delivery method other than our most economic.
  3. c) REVOLUCION LIMO will check and verify the condition of all Products returned. REVOLUCION LIMO will reimburse customers for the following types of returns: products unopened returned in original packaging; products extracted from original packaging, assembled or used, but in perfect condition. The reimbursement will be for full purchase price and, where applicable, for the transport delivery costs. Reimbursement will be within ten (10) business days of date of return. Should we offer to pick-up the Product, you will receive reimbursement for product purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days following the date you notified us of your decision to cancel the contract.

Conversely, if the Products returned were handled and/or damaged by attempts to use them for purposes other than those intended, and such tampering results in damages to the Product, the right to cancellation shall be rescinded.


  1. d) REVOLUCION LIMO will reimburse you, using the payment method you used, unless you specify another. No bank charges will be applied for the reimbursement. Reimbursement will be withheld until such time as you either return the Products or provide proof of having done so, whichever comes first.


  1. After-sales guarantee

Our customers within the European Union, (except UK) have a two year After-sales guarantee on all Products, for the repair or replacement of defective products and/or parts, and for products deviating from the description given on our website. The guarantee does not cover Products damaged due to negligence, accident, misuse, incorrect installation or to the normal wear of parts.


If the Product is defective due to a manufacturing flaw, you have the right to demand repair or replacement, unless one of these two options is objectively impossible or disproportionate for you. Inform us of the problem within two months after you noticed it. We will get to work on it, as soon as you notify us of the option chosen. Disproportionate means any option involving unreasonable costs to REVOLUCIÓN LIMO that are disproportionate with respect to the value of the Product.

The repair or replacement will be cost-free for you, and done within a reasonable period of time.

If the Product is not repaired or replaced within a reasonable period of time, without undue inconvenience to you, the consumer, you can choose to accept a lower price or to rescind the contract. Minor flaws shall not be considered due reason to rescind the contract.

The price reduction will be determined weighing the following: the difference between the value the Product would have had at the time of delivery had it been compliant with the contract, compared to Product value on the date it was effectively delivered to you.

If you choose to invoke your right to coverage under the guarantee, send us an e-mail to, with the following information: order number; Product description, description of problems you have with the Product and please attach photos of any visible defects.

Our liability

REVOLUCIÓN LIMO is not liable for:

Any losses not attributable to non-compliance by REVOLUCION LIMO;

Any indirect losses due to circumstances that could not be reasonably foreseen by the parties when entering this sale/purchase agreement.

None of the provisions of these Conditions limits or exempts us from liability for falsehood, or for death or personal damages attributable to any negligence or willful deceit.

REVOLUCIÓN LIMO assumes no liability for any delays or non-compliance with these conditions due to circumstances beyond its control.


Applicable legislation

These conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with

Spanish legislation, expressly excluding application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid (Spain). Consumers residing in the European Union are free to resort to protections offered under the law prevailing in their country of residence.

Changes to terms of sale

We reserve the right to effect changes in our website, policies and to these Conditions of Sale, at any time.

You are subject to the terms, conditions and policies and Sales Conditions in force when you place your order. However, should new legislation be passed, or should public authorities require us to change our policies or the Sales Conditions, such mandatory changes may apply to orders already made.

Should any of these conditions be declared invalid, null, or ineffective for any reason, such condition is understood to be excluded; such exclusion not affecting the validity or enforcement of the remaining conditions.


Should you fail to comply with the terms of these Conditions, while REVOLUCIÓN LIMO may decide to not take legal action at the time, we retain the right to take legal action for this and any future acts of non-compliance.
